High Five for Friday!

Yay for Friday!

And yay for lists!

Here's my inaugural High 5 for Friday post...

1. I got to spend time this past weekend with a very cute puppy. His name is Brock. His owners might just pronouce it "Barack" for some laughs...

2. My very own very cute puppy Artie is such a lap dog these days that even as I speak type he's laying on half of my lap while the laptop is teetering on the other half. The things we do for the people we love. This is a rare shot of him looking outside - he occasionally leaves his post as lap dog to go check out what's happening in the outside world.

3. We've been trying at least one pinterest recipe a week. By accident actually. This one was a definite hit with the hubs. Oh Pinterest, how I love you.

4. While setting up the new sound system at church, we turned what could have been a not-so-fun situation into a pretty entertaining one. Each of us had to sing a song while they set the board. Chase sang his ABCs and a patriotic song. (hilarious) I sang "Soft Kitty Warm Kitty" (any Big Bang fans? Holla!). Kristen (to the left of Chase) sang a Christmas song and Jessica (far left) sang the "Do Re Mi" song from Sound of Music. It was awesome. I guess you had to be there...

5. We have started a DVD organization project. We first started by pulling out all our DVDs and putting them in 4 categories. Who knew we had so many movies!?! I'm excited for the big reveal of this little project. It will make my OCD friends very happy. :-)
