Ok so today is day 2 of my HCG journey. Saturday and Sunday were my load days or as I called them, my fat days. We were supposed to take in as much of whatever we wanted. Yesterday I started the 500 calorie diet.
**Let me just be honest**
Not one of my finer days yesterday. I've discovered that I can NOT handle the consistency of an apple - so I gagged my way through it at 9:00 and 3:00. I also discovered that I can handle chicken and grilled onions once, but not twice a day. (Gagged through dinner too! LOL)
One of my partners in crime found a site that has some great recipes, so I should be able to have more interesting meals and hopefully not gag through them anymore.
I want to document my progress as the incredible shrinking girl here so that I can look back at it for motivation later on down the road.
This morning's weigh-in showed a loss of a little over 3 lbs. Now I know that this is probably mostly water weight, but still it's a change in the right direction!
I'll come up with a cute way of presenting this every day, but for now that's all I've got!
